can I edit my subscription?
absolutely. your subscription is completely customizable. you can pause, add/edit products or cancel your subscription anytime.
when will my subscription arrive?
we’ll send your first shipment out as soon as you order. depending on your location, you will receive a delivery between 2-7 business days from the shipment date. you’ll also get updates and a tracking number number sent via email
how do i cancel my subscription?
to cancel your subscription:
  1. log into your Recess account
  2. under the “subscriptions” tab click “edit” next to the product you’d like to cancel
  3. under the “product” section, click “cancel subscription”
